Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Retail Team Member to help keep our stores well-presented and operational. You will handle POS transactions, assist customers, and contribute to a smooth, friendly shopping experience at our Mackay region locations.

You’ll join a supportive team with flexible rosters, comprehensive training, and opportunities for growth within one of Australia’s largest retail networks.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends.
