Grill’d Healthy Burgers is hiring friendly Team Members to join our many restaurants across Australia. You’ll be part of a fun team, help guests with orders, and enjoy a shift that fits around your studies or schedule.

No experience is required as we provide training, including RSA and hospitality certificates. Expect great team vibes, staff discounts, and opportunities to grow with a supportive manager team in a culture focused on community and sustainability.

Next Steps

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying. Once you’re done, you’ll even get a personalised insight report (think of it as a snapshot of your strengths and how you like to work).

A quick heads up for the video questions: treat these like a real interview! Find a quiet spot, make sure you’re appropriately dressed and present yourself as you would if you were meeting us in person. There’s no need to overthink it – just be yourself and let your personality shine
