Job summary

Nando’s on the Gold Coast is hiring entry-level team members. No experience needed; join a vibrant crew, learn life skills, earn money, and have fun while greeting customers or mastering PERi-PERi on the grill.

Work with friendly teammates in a supportive environment, grow into roles from Buddy Trainer to Shift Leader, enjoy free meals on shifts and team events, plus friend & family discounts. Right to work in AU; minimum age 16+.

Qualifications

• No experience required; passion to learn and contribute.
• Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must have the right to work in Australia and be 16+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide service.
