Job summary

Ampol is seeking a Retail Team Member to help keep our stores welcoming and well-stocked. You’ll handle POS transactions, assist customers, and contribute to safe, accurate cash handling and inventory management across shifts.

You'll work as part of a friendly team, support store operations, and be flexible to rosters including weekends and overnight shifts. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, and you’ll receive comprehensive training and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexible to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends a must.

What You'll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. Your skills will shine as you handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring each shift ends accurately and securely.
