Coles Group in Australia is hiring for a casual role in the Checkouts area. You will scan items, process payments, and engage with customers to ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Work across store trading days, including mornings, evenings and weekends, with shifts rostered to suit availability. No prior experience required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential to join our diverse team.

About the role

We’re hiring at Coles. Working in the Checkouts and Assisted Checkouts area, you’ll be responsible for scanning items, processing payments, and engaging with our customers.

About you and your skills

• A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy and pace
• To know your stuff, as you’ll be a go-to person for customer queries
• To be active – you’ll be on your feet for long periods of time and may require some moderate to heavy lifting and reaching
• The availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days (including early mornings, evenings and weekends)
