Ampol in Australia is hiring a Retail Team Member to welcome customers, stock shelves, prepare fresh food and coffee, and keep the store clean, safe, and well-presented. You’ll be the friendly face that helps shoppers find what they need and ensures efficient checkout service.

You’ll support day-to-day store operations, including restocking deliveries, maintaining displays, adhering to safety procedures, and working night shifts to help the site run smoothly for customers around the clock.

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you'll be at the heart of creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store that keeps our customers coming back. No two shifts are the same. One moment you'll be helping a customer find exactly what they need and the next you'll be ensuring our shelves are fully stocked, coffee is flowing and the store looks its best.

You’ll play an important role in keeping the entire site running smoothly by:

• Making every customer stop a great one by serving customers with a smile, helping them find what they need, preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout.
• Keeping the store looking its best by restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, maintaining displays and ensuring customers can easily find what they’re after.
• Creating a clean, safe and welcoming environment by maintaining high standards across the entire site, from the shop floor and food areas to the bathrooms and forecourt.
• Keeping the store running smoothly by, following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately and taking ownership of day-day store operations.
