Job summary

Grill’d is hiring friendly, energetic Team Members to join our restaurant team. You’ll flip burgers, chat with guests and help keep the grill shining, with a focus on great vibes and community.

We offer a nationally accredited traineeship with the chance to gain a Cert II or III in Hospitality, free RSA training, and flexible rosters that fit around study. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interviews.

Next Steps

As part of the process, you’ll complete a quick online assessment – it’s a combo of fun, game-based tasks and a few video questions. It takes about 20 minutes and needs to be done within 48 hours of applying.
