Job summary

Ampol in Australia seeks a Retail Team Member to keep our stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. You’ll handle POS transactions, cash reconciliations, and ensure shifts end accurately and securely.

You’ll join a friendly, diverse team with flexible rosters and opportunities for career growth within Australia’s largest retail network. Weekend and overnight availability is required.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Merchandise stores, manage inventory and stock control.
  • Process POS transactions and perform cash reconciliations.
  • Support the Store Manager and collaborate with the team.
  • Maintain safety and accuracy with attention to detail; weekend/overnight shifts when needed.

What You'll Do:

As a Retail Team Member, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our stores in top shape through effective merchandising, inventory management, and stock control. Your skills will shine as you handle POS transactions and cash reconciliations, ensuring each shift ends accurately and securely.

Key Responsibilities:
