Job summary

Nando's in Canberra is looking for energetic team members to join our restaurant crew. You'll greet guests, take orders, and help cook PERi-PERi specialties while learning on the job. No experience is required; just a positive attitude and a passion to learn.

We offer fixed yet flexible hours, no overnight shifts, meals on shift, and staff discounts. You’ll work with a supportive team that values pride, passion, courage, integrity and family as we deliver great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 and right to work in Australia/New Zealand.
• Customer service oriented with a friendly personality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who shares our values of Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders.
• Prepare and handle PERi-PERi chicken and other menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Assist with store operations and restocking when needed.
