Job summary

KINNECT is a market-leading, Australian-owned company specialising in Occupational Health and Workplace Rehabilitation. We are looking for a Team Manager to lead our Bundaberg and Gladstone teams and drive health, safety and productivity outcomes for clients.

You will base in Bundaberg or Gladstone with regular travel to the other clinic, and you will guide and inspire your team towards achieving shared goals while delivering high-quality services with autonomy and support.

Qualifications

• Experience in the workplace rehabilitation sector is desirable.
• Tertiary qualifications in an allied health discipline (e.g., OT, PT, EPS, Psychology, Rehab Counselling).
• Current registration with AHPRA, or accreditation with the relevant professional body (ASORC, ESSA).
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching or mentoring a team, or readiness to step into your first formal leadership role.
