We are currently seeking a compassionate, proactive, and capable Team Leader – Volunteer Drivers to help lead and support our team of dedicated volunteer drivers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong people skills, a commitment to community service, and experience in aged care, disability, or community services.
Full time role: $***** base hourly rate. Rotating fortnightly roster: Week ********am to 3.30pm. Week ********am – 5.00pm - Monday to Friday.
As a Team Leader – Volunteer Drivers, you'll play a dual role: supporting our volunteer drivers to ensure they are confident, engaged, and equipped to deliver client-centred support, while also working hands‑on in transport services. Up to 20% of your time will focus on leadership duties, including mentoring and onboarding new volunteers. The remainder will involve directly providing transport and support services to our clients.
You’ll be instrumental in maintaining a positive volunteer experience, client satisfaction, and high service standards – all while championing our values of Integrity, Empathy, Respect, Flexibility, and Excellence.
