Flight Centre Travel Group in Brisbane seeks a Team Leader to take ownership of the team environment you wish to create and to work closely with your Area Leader to drive the team to success.

You will lead by example, train new starters and coach for results, while maintaining store budgets and customer focus in a global travel company.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
• Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
• Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
• Earn additional incentives for your store’s sales
• Receive leadership training from our very own Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
• Create and contribute to a positive working environment
• Motivate your team to reach their full potential
• Model the way with Flight Centre Travel Group’s values of ownership, egalitarianism and irreverence
• Be your team’s go-to person for all the curly questions
