Job summary

Inner West Council in Sydney seeks an experienced leader to head the Enterprise Applications team. You will shape the TechnologyOne ERP roadmap, drive continuous improvement, manage key vendor relationships, and ensure our systems remain reliable, scalable and responsive to organisational needs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary IT qualification or 5+ years in IT.
• Experience partnering with business units on digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing enterprise applications, including TechnologyOne ERP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to advocate for business needs with vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for enterprise application issues.
• Knowledge of technical requirements and architectural standards.

About the role

Lead our Enterprise Applications team and shape the future of TechnologyOne ERP and other key business systems. You’ll drive continuous improvement, influence application strategy, manage key vendor relationships and ensure our systems remain reliable, scalable and responsive to organisational needs.

Remuneration

$122,063.24 - $137,420.92 p.a. + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

• Tertiary or IT qualification or 5 Years experience in a related IT discipline
• Demonstrated experience in partnering with business units to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated technical experience in managing enterprise applications, including Technology One ERP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively advocate for business needs with vendors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide insights and guidance on enterprise application issues.
• Strong knowledge of technical requirements and architectural standards.
