If you're someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking and loves turning ideas into actions that connect people to purpose, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

As the Team Leader - Engagement & Culture, you'll guide the direction and delivery of programs that ensure our people feel heard, valued, and inspired. Join a dynamic, supportive team and lead meaningful projects that shape the future of Council. We offer generous learning and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, access to employee benefits and educational assistance.
Our workplace is one of diversity, inclusion, and respect, where everyone's unique skills and experiences are celebrated. You'll have the chance to bring your creativity, passion, and expertise to a role that values your contributions and empowers you to make a difference.
