Qualifications

Strong written communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and supervise CQID’s Strong Carers, Strong Children program.
Coordinate service delivery, workloads, performance, risk and timelines.
Ensure culturally safe engagement and support throughout assessments.
Embed trauma-informed, family-led, strengths-based practice across the team.
Oversee referrals, caseloads, and documentation to meet timeframes.
Monitor assessment practice quality and staff reporting.
Provide regular supervision and professional development to staff.
Maintain collaborative partnerships with community and government partners.
