Job summary

CatholicCare NT Wadeye seeks a Team Leader to oversee a small, dedicated team and manage service delivery in the Wadeye community. You will mentor staff and apply professional knowledge to support direct client services across key programs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years' practice experience with leadership in social services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Children and Parenting, Alcohol and Other Drugs or Men's Behaviour Change.
  • Strong report writing, case notes and supervision capabilities.
  • Proven cultural competency with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a small team and deliver support programs in Wadeye.
  • Lead and mentor staff across Children and Parenting, AOD Counselling, and Men's Behaviour Change.
  • Support direct client services and build meaningful community relationships.
  • Ensure program delivery aligns with organisational goals and safeguarding requirements.
