Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a Senior Support role, supporting people with Autism or learning disabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of one year.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Service Manager in running the service and deputize as required.
• Provide meaningful social opportunities and empower individuals.
• Help build independence and develop practical life skills.
