Job summary

Rheinmetall Australia at MILVEHCOE, Redbank in the Brisbane area, is seeking a Team Lead to guide a shop floor of mechanics, auto-electricians and production staff to deliver work packages safely and on time.

You will allocate work, monitor performance and coach team members, driving continuous improvement with the Production Manager while maintaining a safe working environment. A trade qualification and Cert IV in Leadership or Training are required, with security clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a production/assembly team in a defence or heavy vehicle environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
