Job Description

We are looking for an Team Assistant to join our Product Team. The main purpose of this role is to support our Product leaders and their teams, so they can ensure the most effective and productive use of their time and attention can be focused on meeting key business and strategic goals.

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and professional support to the People Leaders, undertaking a wide variety of administrative, support and coordination functions working with both internal and external parties.
  • Assist the People Leaders, undertaking aspects of their role i.e., diary management, meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Arrange meetings as required including management meetings and other such meetings. May include meeting room set up and arranging catering.
  • Coordination of events including celebrations and catering.
  • Provide support and coordination of general office responsibilities.
  • Reconcile and process monthly corporate expense claims, invoices and requisitions as required.
