Job description

Elanora Country Club, one of Sydney’s premier private golf clubs, is seeking a qualified Golf Teaching Professional to join our team. This is an outstanding opportunity to work within a prestigious environment and deliver exceptional coaching experiences to our members and their guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group golf lessons to players of all skill levels.
• Design and implement innovative coaching programs.
• Maintain a professional presence on the practice range and course.

What We Offer

The opportunity to provide coaching in a wide variety of scenarios including:

• A driving range, short game facility, indoor hitting bay, and on-course lessons.
• The indoor hitting bay allows lessons to continue in all weather conditions and in times where other areas are temporarily unavailable.
• Whilst the focus is on providing an exceptional coaching experience to our members, there is also the opportunity to coach visitors.

Additional Opportunity: For the right candidate, golf shop hours are available to supplement coaching income and enhance member engagement. This provides valuable face time with members and strengthens relationships within the club.

The position reports directly to the Head Teaching Professional and the Golf Operations Manager, whom you will be working with to ensure the needs of our members are being met.
