Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo is seeking an In-Water Guide to lead snorkel activities and deliver world-class wildlife experiences on the Ningaloo Reef. You'll engage guests, maintain safety protocols, and support vessel operations in Exmouth, WA.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding snorkelers and wildlife encounters is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and crew.
• Commitment to safety and environmental standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise guests during snorkelling and wildlife interactions, ensuring safety, confidence and an exceptional experience in and around the water.
• Deliver engaging briefings and interpretation on local wildlife, marine ecology and the Ningaloo region.
• Coordinate guest transfers, equipment fitting and daily tour logistics to ensure smooth operations from start to finish.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting guests throughout the day and helping create memorable experiences.
• Support daily vessel operations, including tour preparation, cleaning, vehicle and equipment upkeep, restocking and pack-down.
• Work closely with the Vessel Master and crew to identify wildlife, coordinate guest activities and maintain safe operations.
• Maintain high standards of safety, environmental compliance and professionalism while adhering to company procedures and wildlife interaction protocols.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with crew training, mentoring and operational support as required.
