Job summary

Innisfail State School in Far North Queensland seeks a committed primary teacher for Prep to 6 on a temporary contract from 21 January 2027 to 12 December 2027. You will contribute to a diverse, multicultural school community with high expectations and evidence-informed teaching to support every student.

You will need a relevant teaching qualification, full or provisional QCT registration, Australian working rights, and a willingness to support student success. Relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified teacher with full or provisional QCT registration.
• Ability to teach across Prep–6 in a diverse, multicultural setting.
• Commitment to evidence-informed teaching and student success.
