Genesis Christian College on Brisbane's northside is seeking an enthusiastic primary educator to join our Prep–Year 12 Independent Christian school. This permanent full-time role begins January 2027, with a focus on engaging learners and applying innovative teaching practices in a Christ-centred environment.

Successful applicants will demonstrate familiarity with QCAA syllabuses, strong classroom practice, and the ability to integrate technology effectively to enhance learning.

Job description

Genesis Christian College is a thriving, authentic Prep to Year 12 Independent Christian school located on Brisbane's northside. We are seeking an enthusiastic and charismatic educator who can inspire our students to achieve their very best in our Primary School.

This is a permanent, Full-time role to start in January 2027.

To be successful, you will have:

• Familiarity with the QCAA syllabuses
• Evidence of innovative classroom practices
• A high standard of competency and proficiency as a Primary classroom teacher
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning
• Demonstrated understanding of how students learn through effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning
• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work proactively within a collaborative teaching team
• An active Christian faith
