An educational organization in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated Teacher to provide inclusive and flexible learning for young people at risk of disengaging from education. The role involves creating engaging programs, fostering community connections, and maintaining strong relationships with students and families. A tertiary qualification in Education and current First Aid certification are required, along with the ability to work in a trauma-informed setting. In 2026 LWB Education will launch our first four campuses in Newcastle Grafton Mount Druitt and Dubbo each with a Teacher and Youth Worker for up to 15 students.
As a Teacher you will provide flexible engaging learning for young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengaging from education fostering an inclusive culturally responsive and trauma-informed classroom.
You will partner with families and community agencies to support students champion their needs and facilitate smooth learning transitions while fostering a safe compliant and supportive learning environment.
Support for this role is provided by the NSW School Principal Administration Officer and the National LWB Education team
Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including National Criminal History Record Check and NSW Working with Children Check.
