Position Information

Cumberland High School (CHS) is a comprehensive high school, with a population of 1200 students, located in Carlingford. The school has a diverse cultural population including 73.9% non-English speaking background and 57 different languages. Specific Selection Criteria

• Approval to teach Food Technology and Technology Mandatory.
• Ability to design and implement quality lessons that meet the needs of all students.
• Capacity to contribute to the TAS faculty and other school teams to support student learning and wellbeing.
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive, respectful relationships with students, staff and families.

Conditions

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
