Remuneration Package

Base salary ranges from $90,177.00 to $137,861.00, plus leave loading and employer's contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Hornsby Girls High School (723 students with 90% of students from a non-English speaking background) is committed to providing a stimulating and challenging environment for gifted students. Selection Criteria
  • Full approval to teach English Years 11 and 12, English Extension 1 and English Extension 2.

  • Strong ability to work collaboratively to produce programs and resources in the context of a high-performing selective school.
  • Proven ability to design assessments and evaluate student performance.
Conditions

An unconditional full approval to teach is a requirement. If you do not hold a full approval to teach with the NSW Department of Education, you are required to commence the application process at the same time as you apply for this teaching opportunity.
