An exciting opportunity for a School Term time (5 days week) Teacher Aide - Design & Technology to join our faculty.

The Teacher Aide will provide support to teachers and students across a range of workshops within the Design and Technology subject. The successful candidate will assist with the preparation of materials and maintenance of equipment to ensure a safe learning environment for the students.

This role may involve:

• Support students in the operationof woodworking machinery during practical learning
• Setting up and operating industry standard machinery to prepare class materials
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and safety standards
• Manage and maintain all Computer Aided Design and Manufacturing equipment (CNC Mills, Laser cutters, 3D printer etc)
• Assist teachers in the Design and Technology faculty where appropriate/ as directed by the Head of Faculty.
