Tasmania Government's Department of Health Tasmania is seeking a permanent part-time nurse or midwife to join the Women's and Children's Services at Launceston General Hospital, delivering family-centred neonatal care and leading with clinical expertise.

You will assist the NUM with day-to-day management, coordinate patient flow and discharge planning, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to uphold patient safety and high standards of care across Northern Tasmania.

Formación

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated clinical experience with capacity to lead and exercise professional judgement.
• Ability to understand unit operations and manage resources effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the NUM with day-to-day management and coordination of resources to ensure optimal patient care.
• Coordinate patient/client centred care delivery and flow, maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
• Provide high-level clinical knowledge to promote standards and policies that support a patient-focused model of care.
