Job summary

Catholic Education Diocese of Wollongong is seeking a temporary full-time Classroom Teacher to commence 28 January 2027 (with an option to start earlier) until 26 January 2028, to teach TAS and support growth in faith and learning so that students may reach their full potential.

The successful applicant will foster a safe, orderly learning environment based on PB4L, address diverse student needs, and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.

Qualifications

• Commitment to mission of Catholic School within the Church.
• Plan and implement effective TAS teaching and learning.
• Assess and analyse data to inform student learning.
• Engage professionally with colleagues, parents and school community.

Responsibilities

• Teach TAS to support growth in faith and learning.
• Create a safe, orderly and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and engage with parents and the school community.
• Complete WWCC checks and accreditation requirements as applicable.
