Job description
About Veolia
The Opportunity

Drive learning projects, bring ideas to life, and help our people adopt change through simple, practical learning experiences.

We’re looking for a hands‑on, organised, design‑minded Talent Development Advisor who can keep projects moving, communicate clearly, and turn concepts into clean, engaging learning content. If you’re someone who gets energy from making things happen — not just recommending what should happen — we’d love to meet you.

This is a permanent part‑time position, Monday - Thursday, and can be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide.

What's on offer
  • 4‑day work week with flexibility
  • A team that values simplicity over complexity
  • The chance to shape modern learning experiences
  • Real ownership of projects and space to contribute creatively
What you’ll be responsible for
  • Own and deliver learning projects
  • Manage small–medium learning and change initiatives end‑to‑end
  • Coordinate timelines, stakeholders, comms, and milestones
  • Keep SMEs aligned, informed, and on track
  • Break work into manageable chunks and remove roadblocks
  • Support organisational change
  • Translate change impacts into clear, learner‑friendly messages
  • Create simple support materials (how‑tos, videos, micro‑learning, FAQs)
  • Ensure people know what’s changing, why, and what they need to do
  • Bring a thoughtful but practical approach to adoption
  • Create clean, modern learning content
  • Build short eLearning modules (we can teach you Articulate Rise)
  • Edit and cut basic videos for the LMS
  • Turn messy source material into polished guides, templates, and visuals
  • Ensure everything feels consistent, simple, and on‑brand
Keep our learning systems running well
  • Provide relief LMS admin support (uploading content, reporting, troubleshooting)
  • Support the learning inbox and respond to user queries
What you’ll need to be successful
  • Have strong project management skills — you know how to organise, prioritise, and keep momentum
  • Are confident influencing SMEs and guiding them toward clarity
  • Bring a strong design eye — clean layouts, clear comms, and logical flow matter to you
  • Are comfortable learning new tools (we’ll train you in Rise / Storyline if needed)
Communicate simply and avoid over‑engineering

Like variety and are happy switching between creative work, admin tasks, and project discussions.

If you’re sharp, hungry to learn. Even if your experience isn’t a perfect match, get in touch. We’re always open to a conversation to see if this could be the right move for you.
