A leading coffeehouse chain in Collingwood is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to manage in-store recruitment across various stores in Australia. This full-time fixed-term role requires a people person with strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. You will coordinate interviews, prepare contracts, and support the Talent Acquisition team. The company offers a hybrid work model and has plans for growth, making this an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Talent Manager and working closely with the Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be part of a high-performing recruitment team playing an integral role in the recruitment and coordination of our Starbucks store partners across NSW VIC QLD & WA.
The opportunity is a fixed-term (parental leave replacement) within our Talent team in Support Centre. This is a rewarding and fast paced position that requires someone who is genuinely a people person and loves connecting with others. Your role responsibilities will involve but not be limited to :
Starbucks Australia is proudly Australian owned and operated. We are a small company with large growth plans. Weve based in Collingwood with expansive end-of-trip facilities (all shower amenities soaps & towels included) concierge services with dry-cleaning and parcel collection provided and current building works for our very own Starbucks café on-site. We work on a hybrid model with 3 days in office 2 from home.
