Job summary

The NSW Ambulance Recruitment Team is seeking a proactive Talent Selection & Development Officer on a temporary full-time basis to design and deliver capability-based assessments for specialist and leadership recruitment across NSW Ambulance.

This role focuses on research, assessment design, stakeholder engagement and project coordination, working with hiring managers, subject matter experts and the recruitment team to create fair, evidence-based assessment materials.

Qualifications

• Design and deliver capability-based assessments for specialist and leadership recruitment.
• Research, assessment design, stakeholder engagement and project coordination.
• Develop assessment exercises, candidate instructions, assessor guides and marking criteria.
• Coordinate practical aspects of assessment delivery.

Responsibilities

• Research requirements for roles and tailor assessment activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and SMEs to ensure relevant assessments.
• Manage projects from initial research to assessment delivery.
