Australiance is looking for a motivated student for a 6-month full-time internship in Sydney, Australia, integrated with university requirements.

You’ll liaise with students and professionals, help craft job descriptions, source candidates, run initial interviews, promote opportunities, and support marketing and process improvements.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to international client recruitment and mentorship from an agile team, with a monthly allowance.

Qualifications

• Currently studying business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

• Support the team in writing compelling job descriptions.
• Source candidates against client requirements and conduct first interviews.
• Promote job and internship offers and identify new candidate channels.
• Contribute to Australiance’s marketing, content, and website updates.
• Support internal process improvement initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Do

• Currently studying business, Human Resources, or a related field
