The Athlete's Foot is seeking a full-time Store Manager for our Frankston store. You will lead a high-performing team, drive daily operations, sales performance and customer satisfaction, while building strong local partnerships and community ties.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll manage rostering, wage budgets, stock control, and visual merchandising to deliver exceptional results. You’ll coach your team toward performance and implement initiatives that strengthen the store’s culture and outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on leadership with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Strong rostering, wage control and stock management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with partners and teams.

The Athlete's Foot Store Manager Frankston About the Role We're looking for a full-time Store Manager to lead our high-performing team at The Athlete's Foot Frankston! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced retail leader who's passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact. Working closely with your Area Manager, you'll be at the heart of driving strong operational performance, elevating customer service, and fostering community connections that extend beyond the store.
