The Athlete’s Foot Cairns is hiring a full-time Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive strong operational results.

Working with the Area Manager, you will elevate customer service, manage wage budgets, and foster community connections through local partnerships while maintaining OH&S compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Hands-on leadership with a 'Make it Happen' attitude.
• Experience developing high-performing teams and driving performance.
• Strong skills in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock management.
• Strategic thinking and ability to spot improvement opportunities.
• Ability to build relationships with support office teams and local partners.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full‑time Store Manager to lead our high‑performing team at The Athlete’s Foot Cairns! This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced retail leader who’s passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact. Working closely with your Area Manager, you’ll be at the heart of driving strong operational performance, elevating customer service, and fostering community connections that extend beyond the store.

As Store Manager, you’ll:
