• Understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle and its implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups.
• NER registration or active pathway.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements and validation activities across the engineering lifecycle.
• Prepare technical performance measures and customer deliverables.
• Provide technical support to the JP8190 SEM and Technical Director.
• Monitor day-to-day engineering operations, including verification and validation.
• Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
• Perform proactive analysis to support decision-making and resource allocation.
