You will prepare surfaces, apply cement-based and acrylic renders, perform finishes, install mesh and accessories, and ensure high workmanship and safety standards. Relevant plastering qualifications and experience in residential renovation are essential, with a valid

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Solid Plastering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in residential construction and renovations.
• Knowledge of cement and acrylic rendering systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Current Australian driver's licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for internal and external rendering.
• Apply cement-based and acrylic rendering systems.
• Perform traditional rendering, float finishes, sponge finishes and textured coatings.
• Install and apply reinforcement mesh, corner beads and rendering accessories.
• Carry out surface preparation, repairs and finishing works.
• Apply specialised decorative finishes where required.
• Read project specifications and coordinate with builders and other trades.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and workplace safety.
