Responsibilities

• Prepare causation reports on building defects and damage that meet client expectations
• Develop scopes of works for repairs
• Maintain up-to-date billings
• Conduct site inspections and liaise with all parties with a stake in the job
• Complete structural design and associated drafting for timber, steel and concrete structures, using AutoCAD for designs
• Hold a high standard of accuracy across all technical building matters
