Qualifications

• 2–4 years' post-qualification experience at Lawyer or Associate level.
• Strong technical, drafting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach and a genuine interest in developing your legal career.

Responsibilities

• Workload will include contractual disputes, IP disputes, corporations law, shareholder disputes, insolvency, trust disputes, debt recovery, property and competition and consumer law.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners and support the team on matters.
• Assist in drafting submissions, pleadings, and client communications.
