• 5–10 years of procurement, sourcing, or category management experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end sourcing and tender processes (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of cost optimisation and value creation.
• Hands-on, fast-paced environment experience with strategic thinking and execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Indirect Services procurement category (Marketing, IT, Logistics, Aftersales and other services).
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender processes from scoping to supplier selection and contract negotiation.
• Build and manage relationships with diverse suppliers and drive performance and value.
• Act as trusted partner to internal stakeholders, delivering commercial procurement solutions.
• Drive cost optimisation and value creation across indirect spend.
• Establish and improve procurement governance, processes, and compliance standards.
• Support cross-functional projects from a procurement perspective.
• Oversee vehicle operations including registration, insurance, servicing, and maintenance.
