Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Clinical Research Associate in Sydney to protect participant rights and ensure accurate, verifiable trial data across sites. The CRA is the main contact between Investigational Sites, Novotech and Sponsors, ensuring trials align with ICH GCP and SOPs.

The role is based in Sydney with hybrid working and flexible hours to support work-life balance, collaboration, and timely study delivery while contributing to staff development.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences field.
• Experience in research/pharma or related field per job level.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Team player and computer literate.
• Australian work rights required; sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth trial management.
• Foster internal and external relationships to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with IHCRA and RSA to prepare site documents and support submissions.
• Understand regulatory requirements with RSU team for trials.
• Drive site recruitment and engagement with site-specific plans.
• Monitor investigational sites per ICH GCP across all trial phases, onsite or remote.
