Job summary

Master Electrical Contractors Pty Ltd – Somersby NSW is seeking an experienced Switchboard Builder to join our team on a full-time basis. Based on the Central Coast, NSW, this is a skilled position that plays a crucial role in the manufacturing of switchboards and electrical distribution boards for Water and Waste Water projects across NSW.

You will read and interpret electrical drawings, collaborate with other board builders to meet schedules, maintain detailed records, and adhere to all

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with switchboards, control panels, and electrical distribution systems.
• Knowledge of the Australian Standards applicable to Switchboard manufacturing, particularly AS/NZS 3000 and AS/NZS 61439.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace health and safety.

What we're looking for
