Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming techniques, strokes and water safety.
• Improve skills of advanced swimmers.
• Assess performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Guide progression and adapt teaching programs for improvement.
• Align with Waterworld lesson plans and teaching methods.
• Supervise students to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Availability on afternoons and weekends; minimum two shifts per week.
