Job summary

Mayfield Childcare Limited is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher to lead engaging swimming lessons for children aged 0–5 at Officer Childcare & Swim Centre in Melbourne. Join a supportive centre focused on water safety, confidence, and early learning.

Requirements include a recognised Swim Teacher qualification (AUSTSWIM or Swim Australia), WWCC, child protection knowledge, and strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and qualified Swim Teacher to lead engaging swimming lessons for children aged 0 - 5 in our incredible centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact on early childhood development by building confidence and essential water skills.

You:

• Availability to work from Monday to Friday 8:45am until 3:00pm,5 days per week.
• A recognised Swim Teacher qualification (AUSTSWIM, Swim Australia, or equivalent)
• Valid WWCC.
• Child protection (or willing to obtain).
• Working knowledge of Child Safe Standards.
• Genuine motivation & passion for the Early Childhood sector.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
