Job summary

Next Gen Clubs is inviting applications for a Casual Swim School Coordinator to lead a team of instructors, run swimming classes from preschool to adults, and manage administration and payroll tasks. You will liaise with parents and ensure exceptional service within a member-focused program.

The role offers 20 hours per week, flexible hours, and the benefit of complimentary club membership for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• AUSTSWIM qualification or equivalent.
• Working with Children check.
• Senior First Aid.
• Resuscitation certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and monitor a team of swim instructors.
• Instruct swimming classes for varied age groups.
• Undertake administrative duties and payroll for Swim School.
