Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Sushi experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to effectively follow instructions and absorb new information.
• Team player and display a positive attitude.
• Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items.
• Foundation knife skills and understanding of basic cookery terms and techniques.
• Time management during preparation and service periods.
• Calm and composed demeanour.
• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
