You will work with a multidisciplinary team, provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care, and mentor less-experienced staff. This permanent full-time position offers a NSW Rural Incentive scheme value up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with recent clinical experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication within a diverse multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary health care team.
• Supervise and support less experienced clinicians to achieve people-focused quality care.
