Job summary

Co-Care is seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, and experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. Based in Bankstown, we deliver services across the South-western and Western suburbs of Sydney, supporting clients to live independently at home.

As a Support Worker you will assist with daily living tasks, support community participation, and help clients develop self-management skills. This casual role offers 7-day rosters with mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Current National Police Check and Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Strong professional boundaries and ability to follow procedures.
• Highly desirable: Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviours.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve their goals and maintain independence. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting clients with daily living tasks and maintaining accommodation
• Supporting community inclusion and participation
• Helping clients build self-management and independent living skills
• Working collaboratively with clients to achieve their identified goals
• Liaising with service providers to ensure appropriate referrals and supports are in place
• This is a casual position with shifts available across a 7-day roster, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements
