Mounties Care, powered by Mounties Group, provides in-home care that supports people to live independently with dignity. We’re seeking compassionate, reliable Casual Support Workers to join our team across Sydney, including areas such as South-Western Sydney, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches and Eastwood and surrounds.

The role requires availability for morning shifts and involves assisting clients with daily tasks, personal care, household chores, transportation and companionship.

Competenze

• Casual role requiring compassionate and reliable caring.
• 1+ year experience in aged care or disability support.
• NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain).
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain).
• COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses).
• Own vehicle with insurance.

Mansioni

• Accompanying clients during daily activities and outings.
• Food preparation and shopping.

• South-Western Sydney
• Inner West
• North Shore
• Northern Beaches
• Eastwood and surrounds

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are searching for passionate Casual Support Workers to join our Mounties Care Team supporting our areas in Sydney's North Beaches.This role requires availability for morning shifts, as many clients rely on support early in the day.

As a Support Worker, some of your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Accompanying clients during daily activities running errands and going on outings
• Food preparation and shopping
• Assisting in personal care and hygiene such as showering and dressing
• Performing household tasks such as cleaning, washing and folding clothes
• Providing social interaction and companionship
• Transport to appointments
• Live in Care services (for the right candidate)

ABOUT YOU

The ideal candidate will ideally have:

• 1+ year experience in aged care or disability support
• Cert III in Individual Support or similar – desirable
• Disability or dementia experience – desirable
• NDIS Worker Check or Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain)
• COVID-19 vaccination (at least 2 doses)
• Own vehicle with insurance
