Job summary

Aruma is seeking passionate Support Workers to empower people with disabilities and young individuals. You will deliver tailored, person-centred support, including daily living assistance, emotional guidance, and community engagement.

You’ll work across a 24/7 rotating roster, including sleepovers, active nights, weekends, and public holidays. The role emphasizes inclusion, safety, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in disability, aged care, or family/community services.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtain.
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including days, sleepovers, weekends & public holidays.
• Availability for 24/7 rostered shifts.

Responsibilities
